Life Abomination

The destruction we do unto this earth

Is nothing short of vile

The rubbish we feed just growths in girth

While we all live in denial

Air we breathe slowly infects

Although we fail to know

The impact on life as it dissects

And continually disrupts the flow

We feed our realm with pollution of sorts

For the greater good of man

And the ramifications we attempt to thwart

Just because we can

But if we were to forecast the effect

Of all the damage caused by greed

We would surely have grounds to expect

Trouble for those that we will breed
